This project consisted of a complete kitchen set-up for Humblebean Coffee, right from kitchen design, equipment selection, vendor selection, trials, product development, hiring, training, developing SOPs for production and kitchen management, as well as developing a Flavour science manual, and created Food pairings along with the beverages on offer.
