I established a Cloud kitchen as well as a Cafe serving Pizza and Desserts. The entire set up in both locations have turned profitable in Year 2. Conceptual products that customers relate to and keep coming back for, with bite sized dessert options, comfort food and a trendy atmosphere. As the Co-founder, i was involved in menu curation, development, trials, packaging, marketing, staff management etc.
